Stepaside Manager

Rebecca is our Manager of our Stepaside Centre. She is a fully qualified Montessori Teacher with over 12 years’ experience in the childcare industry.

"I have been a Centre Director for 6 years and have truly enjoyed creating a positive and stimulating environment for both the children and staff whilst incorporating the Montessori philosophy throughout my service.

I believe that the Montessori method of teaching is of utmost importance and is the foundation of a child’s early years. I also believe that children learn best when they feel safe and secure in a nurturing environment.

 
 I take pride in my work and love to build strong connections and relationships with each individual family.

 
My main priority is to ensure we provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for all the children and educators to thrive in.

I started working at Daisy Chain in January this year. The staff, children and families have made me feel so welcome. I have loved every minute of it!

In my free time, I like to go on long walks in nature. I love reading and also practice yoga regularly.
