Position – Childcare Practitioner

Specific Details:

The position will enable the successful candidate to work alongside senior experienced
staff members to care for and create a loving environment with stimulating activities
and curriculum.

Daily duties will include:

The daily care of the infants.
Planning appropriate activities. 
Creating an environment that is both safe and exciting for the children.
Working as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
Planning and observations.
Following the Aistear curriculum and Siolta standard.
Planning and observations.

Candidates must hold a minimum of FETAC level 5 qualifications in early years
education for the baby and wobbler room positions. The Montessori teacher must
hold a Montessori qualification
. 
Candidates with qualifications from a country other than Ireland will need a letter of
eligibility or recognition of qualification from the DCYA. 
Candidates must have a minimum of one year experience working in the early years
sector.
